Costs Lawyer/Draftsman
The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years experience drafting Bills of Costs, Replies and Costs Budgets with particular emphasis on catastrophic cases and clinical negligence work. Ideally you will already be qualified or have made good progress to completion.

You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have an excellent knowledge of CPR and case law. You will be self motivated, capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a fantastic team.

Junior Administration Assistant

We are seeking a diligent, confident, self-motivated individual to support our legal costs draftsmen/lawyers with managing the efficient assessment and negotiation of personal injury/clinical negligence costs.

You will be familiar with an office environment and the successful candidate will possess excellent IT and data entry skills. A full job specification is available on request and comprehensive training will be provided.

Your remuneration package will be commensurate with your skills and experience.
