The ideal candidate will have 2/3 years experience drafting Bills of Costs, Replies and Costs Budgets with particular emphasis on catastrophic cases and clinical negligence work. Ideally you will already be qualified or have made good progress to completion.
You will possess excellent written and oral communication skills and have an excellent knowledge of CPR and case law. You will be self motivated, capable of working on your own initiative and as part of a fantastic team.

Trainee Law Costs Draftsman/Fee Earner
We are looking for 2 post-graduates with a minimum 2;1 in any subject albeit an interest in Law could be a distinct advantage. You will possess strong analytical skills and will be a self-motivated individual with a drive to learn, develop and succeed.
Attention to detail is a pre-requisite for this role along with the ability to adapt to new technology.
You will be comfortable working on your own initiative and as part of a team. A legal background is not required as full training will be provided and financial support for further qualifications will be available for the right candidates.
